Entering into its 47th year, the Harvard Business School Rugby Club has established a history of excellence and is recognized as the longest running student-run club at HBS. Over the years, many talented individuals have represented HBS around the globe in world-class fashion. Individuals such as Robin Buchanan, former Dean of the London Business School, Chase Carey, President and CEO of DirecTV, Sir Ronald Cohen, co-founder of Apax Partners, and Theodore Roosevelt IV, great-grandson of President Theodore. Although rugby might seem like a rough sport to spectators, it is truly a gentleman’s game – and one that over 1,300 distinguished alumni have enjoyed while at HBS.
You will be proud to know that you are supporting a club that means the world to its players and alumni. Your sponsorship will significantly aid the team in hiring coaches, buying jerseys and equipment, paying for field time and subsidizing tours. You can take pride in the fact that you are positively influencing the MBA experience for our club members, and know that we are extremely grateful to you for that.
The Harvard Business School Rugby Football Club is part of the Student Clubs of HBS, Inc., which is a non-profit, tax-exempt organization. As a 501(c)(3) organization, your sponsorship of the team is tax deductible.
